Introducing MCFCU's 2026 Scholarship Program
Our Mission
In support of our mission to improve the financial well-being of our members and the communities we serve, MCFCU is proud to offer a flexible education Scholarship program for individuals at any stage of life. Whether beginning early education, pursuing higher education, learning a trade, or building new skills later in life, this program is designed to support each member’s unique educational journey.
Our Purpose
This program expands beyond traditional scholarships by supporting a wide range of educational opportunities, including private school tuition, trade programs, college, certifications, and continuing education. Scholarships are awarded based on established program guidelines, applicant eligibility, and a review of the completed application materials. Funds are typically paid directly to the educational provider to ensure proper use while reinforcing MCFCU’s commitment to lifelong learning and stronger communities. We will be awarding three $1000 scholarships.
Application Requirements:
- Be a member, become a member, or be sponsored by a member of MCFCU. Membership can be established with a minimum opening deposit of $5.
- Be enrolled in or accepted into an eligible educational program.
- Early Education or Secondary Private School
- Trade School
- College/University
- Continuing Education
- Must be attending school in the fall of 2026.
- Applicants must submit their application with a short video, no longer than 3 minutes describing their educational goals, how the program will support personal or professional development, and the impact it will have on their future.
- Applications must be submitted here by July 24th, 2026. Winners will be notified by Monday, August 3rd.
