• Employees, regular members, or employees of regular members of Wayne County Association of Physicians and Surgeons of Osteopathic Medicine, Inc., the Macomb County Osteopathic Society, or the Oakland County Osteopathic Association in Wayne, Macomb, or Oakland Counties, Michigan, who qualify for membership in accordance with the association’s constitution and bylaws as of January 18, 1985
• Employees, members, or employees of members of the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, Inc., of Farmington, Michigan, who qualify for membership in accordance with association’s constitution and bylaws as of January 18, 1985
• Members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish in Detroit, Michigan
• Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union
• Employees of this credit union
• Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment
• Immediate family members of any of the membership groups or organizations listed above
• Organizations of such persons
